采用單一來源采購方式的原因及說明：我單位委托山西昊運(yùn)項(xiàng)目管理有限公司代理2025年艾滋病防治專項(xiàng)資金項(xiàng)目采購，項(xiàng)目資金預(yù)算599,936元，采購核酸檢測(cè)試劑172盒，用于檢測(cè)血液中的乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、人類免疫缺陷病毒（艾滋病病毒）。山西昊運(yùn)項(xiàng)目管理有限公司分別于2025年6月15日 、2025年7月8日兩次在山西政府采購網(wǎng)云平臺(tái)上發(fā)布公開招標(biāo)公告，項(xiàng)目編號(hào)分別為：1403992025AGK00070、1403992025AGK00098 ，在遞交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間內(nèi)兩次都只有“上海科華生物工程股份有限公司”一家供應(yīng)商上傳標(biāo)書參與解密投標(biāo)文件，因有效供應(yīng)商不足三家，兩次招標(biāo)均已廢標(biāo)。2025年8月8日經(jīng)站長(zhǎng)辦公會(huì)討論、支部委員會(huì)研究，現(xiàn)提請(qǐng)市衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)黨組批準(zhǔn)上述核酸檢測(cè)試劑采購按照單一來源程序進(jìn)行采購。
